Euro Coop Members Top Sustainable Brand Index for 2023

Three Euro Coop's members recognised for strong commitment to sustainability and ethical practices
Euro Coop is proud to announce the outstanding achievements of its members in the Sustainable Brand Index, a comprehensive initiative aimed at assessing the perception of stakeholders towards the sustainability practices of various brands across Europe. This study, which involved over 80,000 consumers from eight different countries, provides valuable insights into nearly 1,600 brands across 36 industries, promoting responsible and ethical practices across industries.
Three Euro Coop member companies have achieved remarkable results in the 2023 edition of the Sustainable Brand Index, demonstrating their strong commitment to sustainability. Coop Sweden's brand Änglamark was named the most sustainable brand in the food category for the fifth year in a row, while S Group and its chain brands were perceived as the most responsible brand among companies working with consumer products in Finland. Coop Norway has also been rated as the most sustainable brand in the grocery category for two consecutive years in Norway.
