Euro Coop is pleased to announce that CCU Bulgaria has received the national prize at the 2024 European Enterprise Promotion Awards (EEPA). This recognition underscores the significance of the cooperative model, highlighting their critical role in fostering entrepreneurship and supporting local communities across Europe.
The EEPA competition celebrates exemplary initiatives that promote entrepreneurship and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at national, regional, and local levels. This year, a total of 442 entries from 29 countries were evaluated, and CCU Bulgaria distinguished itself in Category 1: Promoting the Entrepreneurial Spirit. This category specifically acknowledges initiatives aimed at encouraging entrepreneurial activity, particularly among women and young people.
